TELEWORKING
Teleworking,
or the use of telecommunications to allow people to work from home, should be
adopted by all employers in order to improve the quality of life of their
staff. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
It is
clear that now days technology brings massive impacts up for every single part
of our life. Some people today may be working in different ways like used to
such as using teleworking method. Obviously, it is more flexible, cheaper, and
easier. However, there may be offered many easiness ways, but personally I totally
disagree with this idea and I will explain why.
The comfortably
features that have been provided by high-tech give many worthy advantages particularly
for personal business sector. Becoming a trend among our societies today to
start up their business by online, usually it is called by online shops. Having
a business by using teleworking method should be cheaper and easier, moreover
they can do other activities such as travelling, cooking, doing household duties
while running the business. Yet, this method should be only suitable for
individual business which does not need many employers.
On the
other hand, as we know, many people work as an employer in the one of
factories. Indeed, working as a team should be practiced among the workers,
because they will face many kind of technical problems that they should break
it. Therefore, using telecommunication to allow them to work from home is not
compatible for this kind of careers. Improving the quality of life of their
staff not only by letting them to work closely with their family but also by
improving their salaries, safety in the work place, it might be much more
meaning for them and their family’s life.
In conclusion,
improving the level of life of the employers not only let them to do their
duties in home or using the worthy features of technology but also improving
their safety and salary should be more precious for their life.
